My practice is founded in uplifting, accepting, and affirming because I truly believe you are already capable, complete, and magnificent!

We were all born whole. Somewhere along the way we started believing otherwise – stress, fear, and expectations can cloud our knowing.

In my work, I invite you to unravel that, digging to the root, and allowing the magick of your essence to flow freely.

In this state, you will feel empowered to make more aligned choices, practice more agency, and take better care of yourself and others. Because this process often challenges our deeply held conditioning, it takes patience and trust.

I am here to be your companion and champion, encouraging you as you walk this path towards alignment and renewed union.

Who does The Kindling Kind serve?

The Kindling Kind was born out of a desire to serve Queer and Trans folks as well as families, parents, and children. This calling springs forth from my longing to see stronger, more flexible family structures.

This is the foundation of my work whether I am coaching on family dynamics, sexuality, or creativity. It is my belief that when we as individuals are in greater alignment and flow within ourselves, our families and communities benefit. The joy and peace that comes from that alignment creates a ripple effect that knows no bounds.

I work with committed, hopeful, creative folks who want to live in integrity. I often work with those who are trying to do their best, and feel overwhelmed or stuck. Those who want to reconnect with themselves, their families, and their community in ways that feel authentic and aligned.

A Bit More About Me

Given my lived experience, I have a deep understanding of duality, complexity, communicating across realms, and navigating power structures. I have a unique perspective and know how to hold rooted, transformational space.

I grew up in a large Lebanese family, the third of six children, in St. Louis, MO. My path has been many, or rather, one wild, winding path. It has taken me from San Francisco to Iceland to New York. I have milked cows, worked as a nanny, a server, a pro domme, and graduated with honors from Parsons School of Design.

Currently, I am pursuing a Love, Sex, and Relationship coaching certification from Layla Martin’s VITA Coaching Program. Expected completion: Summer 2021.

In my heart of hearts, I am a rainbow child from the Stars and of the Earth. An alchemist, a connecting spirit, a cosmic experimenter, and a wild galvanizer. I am a vocal advocate and a warrior for peace and prosperity. I love to reimagine, invigorate, and revitalize! In coaching, I find a generative space to do just that.
